- Try the local Balinese food like nasi goreng, sate lilit, babi guling and lawar. The locals love their spice in Bali and regularly use sambal which is a fiery paste.
Things To Do In Seminyak, Bali
- Seminyak is full of amazing beach clubs for the day time and evening. Finn’s Beach Club is located next to Seminyak in Canggu which is just a 20 minute drive from Seminyak. Here you can enjoy a delicious lunch in the day, cocktail by the pool and entertainment through to the evening. They also have the most incredible sunsets! Other great beach clubs include Potato Head and Mrs Sippy.
- Visit one of the many small boutiques around Seminyak which sell clothes, jewellery, traditional Balinese items, and food.
- There are so many restaurants and bars around Seminyak, we recommend eating out of your hotel a few nights to experience the local life and meet other tourists/locals as well as experience the nightlife of Seminyak
Best Things For Young Adults To Do In Bali
- Beach clubs – there are so many beach clubs in Bali, mainly in the south of the island although a great one in Ubud is Cretya Ubud which has amazing views of the rice terraces. Other beach clubs in the south include Finn’s Beach Club, Mrs Sippy, Potato Head, Sundays Beach Club and Savaya.
- There are lots of bars and restaurants in the town centre of Ubud, as well as Canggu, Seminyak, Uluwatu, and Nusa Dua. These are great to meet other people your age who are also on holiday/travelling Bali.
- For those who love adventure, we recommend quad biking, hiking Mt Batur, a scooter tour around the streets of Bali and visiting rice terraces to have a go on the famous swing.
