Throughout the process of planning the holiday to French Polynesia I dealt with Karen Martin and despite me moving the goalposts on several occasions, Karen dealt with me in a fantastic manner, even when I decided to change islands, her response was one of understanding and patience.
All the information I received was bang on, and I was very impressed when we arrived at Papeete, with the welcome pack and the explanation of the flights and transfers from that point on.
Make no mistake about it, when I want to travel to a part of the world that you cover, I will certainly give your company a call.
I have, for next year, booked the Hawaiian Islands, and as I have been to these islands on many occasions, I need no help from any travel agent.
In 2012 I am planning a visit to the Great Barrier Reef and the Top End of Oz, so I will certainly give you a call in the middle of next year.
