Whilst we’re trying our best to sweep away the January blues, the Shangri-La’s Le Touressok in Mauritius is embracing 2018 in real style. Right Now, Le Touessrok is hosting a fabulous culinary experience at the resort by bringing in a pop-up version of MAMO Le Michelangelo Restaurant. This hotspot is famous for delectable Mediterranean cuisine in the French Riviera, and popular with a host of celebrities including Beyoncé, Leonardo Di Caprio, Mick Jagger, Bono and Rihanna.
Although you might not get the chance to meet the stars in person, the real highlight of this spectacular event will be the food. Every night the pop-up restaurant will create a different set menu. If you’re lucky enough to be at the Shangri La on the 20th and 21st of January, in the morning there will be the opportunity to enjoy a MAMO-themed brunch with their fresh Mediterranean flavours.
Continuing on the theme of starting 2018 with a boost, from the beginning of February Le Touessrok will be launching a wellness month, using yoga, meditation and spa treatments to clear the mind, improve physical strength and energise the body to move into this new year with a great sense of well-being and a big smile on your face!
Aria Crescendo will be conducting several yoga sessions throughout this month. She is an internationally renowned yoga instructor who has worked in the creative industries and has personally worked with Hollywood stars…only the best for Le Touessrok! If you’re looking for a total detox, then the Shangri La will also be matching a healthy menu to compliment your wellness exercises and treatments- it’s time to retreat to Mauritius!
