The world famous Soggy Dollar Bar, an idyllic beach bar located on picture-perfect Jost Van Dyke in the British Virgin Islands has reopened! We are thrilled that those who previously swam the shores of White Bay to buy a delicious Painkiller cocktail (or two!) with their soggy dollars can resume business!
The rum in this cocktail is far from ordinary, it’s extraordinarily good! Handcrafted, triple distilled with natural cane sugar and vanilla, it gives a smooth rich flavour and deep colour! We are delighted to share the perfect BVI Painkiller recipe:
- 3 fl oz Soggy Dollar Old Dark Rum
- 4 fl oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 fl oz Orange Juice
- ½ fl oz coconut pina colada mix or coco lopez
Mix, serve on the rocks and grate fresh nutmeg (nutmeg is the secret ingredient, not to be missed off!).
