I know there seems to be awards for everything these days and companies are constantly badgering their customers to support them, but I would love to tell you how much it means to us to be nominated for this prestigious award once again, and more importantly how much it means to us to have your support in going for gold in our twentieth year of operation!
As one of the only privately owned and family run tour operators of our size in the UK, we feel we remain a rare breed. We are not owned by venture capitalists or part of a conglomerate of travel companies. We are a fiercely proud and independent travel brand, seeking the very best for all our clients, at all times. Like so many businesses we have been through the mill during the pandemic, always trying to do the correct, honourable thing. Our team have stood tall, fighting for each and every one of you, every step of the way. I’m sure we’ve got things wrong, however we have learnt so many invaluable lessons and most importantly we’ve done everything possible to keep the plates spinning. I am so proud of where we are today, stronger and more passionate than ever. So, even though this alone may not be enough to ask you to fill in the voting form, for those of you that do, please know that our staff, who battled through the last few years whilst the industry (and world!) was on its knees, would be forever grateful for your time.

This is an accolade we are proud to have won four times in the past six years, and if against all odds we win again this year, I’d like to invite every single person that votes for us, for a glass of champagne to celebrate all things Turquoise.* It’s sure been a rollercoaster of a 20 years but without you, our incredible team and our unwavering passion for the world of travel, we would be nowhere near where we are today. The future is bright and it’s certainly Turquoise.
