Savuti Wildlife Reserve

The Savuti is a region with a story, as it hasn’t always been the safari haven it is today. The Savuti lies south of Linyanti in the western section of Chobe National Park in Botswana. The reason that it has gone through so much change is because it was previously under water thanks to the Savuti Channel, which last flowed in 1982. Sine then the land has gone from strength to strength in terms of floral development, which has invited Botswana’s famous wildlife back into the region. Untouched, unspoilt and full of surprises, the Savuti is one of Botswana’s best regions!
