The Long Beach can also be booked on an exclusive use basis for you to share with friends and family – thus it becomes the ideal beach house! Just gaze out across the Atlantic and breathe the fresh ocean scent, or watch seagulls swoop for food above the sparkling sands of Kommetjie's famous Long Beach. Step off the pool-deck straight onto the white sand and walk for miles along the pristine and undiscovered beach. The nearby historic Imhoff Farm is great for kids (it is also steeped in a rich and eventful history).

Kommetjie is one of the premier surfing and marine birding hotspots in South Africa and has the country’s tallest cast iron lighthouse open to the public!
