Peach Blossoms offers Cantonese cuisine; Sushi Jiro is home to some of the finest sushi in Singapore or head to the Steak House for steak served on a sizzling 260°C plate. Our favourite spot is the Skyline Bar, located next to the outdoor 25-metre swimming pool, which is fitted with 1,380 fibre optic lights that twinkle at night. Come dusk, the space transforms into a sophisticated bar set against sunset views of the Marina Bay. Guests can look forward to barbeque sessions on Saturday evenings, where their talented chefs prepare tantalising bites that accompany frozen margaritas and ice-cold beers.
