It is a particularly good base from where you can easily explore central Vietnam thanks to its scenic setting halfway between the cultural and architectural gems of Hoi An and Hue. It also works very well as a stop between the two or simply twinned with an alternative beach stay closer to Hoi An. The mountains and spectacular national parks nearby provide plenty of scope for exploration and adventure whilst full or half day mountain biking tours are a popular way to explore the beautiful countryside and villages surrounding Lang Co.
