All 60 pool villas are exquisitely designed to create harmony with the natural environment, featuring cool, calm blue and terracotta colours and pitched wooden ceilings. Nipa Villas are open plan, with a small living space leading to an outside terrace and private pools with views of the surrounding Nipa palms. The River Villas are the same size but offer river views. Family Villas have a separate twin room, and for the ultimate in luxury, the Honeymoon Villa comes complete with a four-poster bed, a private pool with 180-degree river views, and its own river dining sala. Each villa comes with its own bamboo bicycle.

Dining is a treat with a modern offering of local delights and healthy cuisine. Breakfast can be enjoyed at any time of the day, so there's no need for an early start here! Mia Merchant serves Vietnamese and international dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, offering both indoor and outdoor seating with views of the river and bridge. For a more intimate experience, Nam Eatery is located near the pool, serving lighter dishes and modern seafood throughout the day, along with regular Barbecue Evenings where guests can enjoy great food and chilled wine and meet fellow guests.
