La Siesta has a total of 60 guest rooms – Superior, and slightly larger Deluxe Rooms are perfectly equipped for a short stay, however for a little more space, we’d recommend the Junior Suites, which also have a French balcony overlooking Han Be Street. Split-level Duplex Suites offer a separate bed and living area, complements with a small balcony and the incredible Penthouse Suite offer superb views of Hanoi from its large balcony – and it’s pretty reasonably priced considering!

However, we want to shout about the amazing views from the Lighthouse rooftop bar – one of the best places to enjoy the sunset over the rooftops of Hanoi. The bar is styled on a boat - designed with glass, metal and wood complemented with a monochromatic colour palate of black, granite grey and hints of cream. Trees and plants soften the bold design and background chill-out music creates an understated vibe.
