The resort itself is a collection of 73 villas, resembling the style of Vietnamese homes, adorned with hand-picked antiques, some with pools overlooking verdant hilltops, and fronting the mile-long powder white beach. Built on stilts overlooking the rice fields are the Paddy Field Villas with walk-in dressing rooms and private terraces. Perched on top of green hills, overlooking the resort and out to the ocean are the One and Two Bedroom Hill Pool Villas and the One and Two Bedroom Beach Pool Villas have direct access to the beach.
The two-storey Three and Four Bedroom Grand Bay Pool Villas offer the ultimate in spacious living with breath-taking views over the bay, with open kitchens, living space, huge terraces and infinity pools.

Three restaurants range from Bà Hai, which serves authentic regional cooking overlooking the rice fields for dinner only; fresh seafood at Làng Chài, open air and on the beach for lunch and dinner; to all-day Southeast Asian casual dining at Nhà Ô, the main restaurant, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Guests can enjoy drinks on the beach at the secluded and intimate Ham cocktail bar.

The bay, with its coral reef, is the perfect place for paddle boarding, kayaking or snorkelling. Water-skiing, surfing and fishing are also on offer and bicycles are available to explore the local neighbourhood. The Hoa Sen spa, yoga studio and reflection pool provide a serene setting for mind-body wellness.

Couples and families will love Zannier Bai San Ho, not only for the large pool and beach but for the incredible welcome they’ll get from the dedicated team who organise numerous fun experiences from 7am to 9pm. For children, an indoor and outdoor playground area offers activities from papercrafts, conical hat painting to ping pong and table football. A local lifestyle tour brings you to the centre of local life, starting in a bustling market, visiting a local heeler, a traditional salt farm and rice paper making family. You can explore the coastline by typical Vietnamese basket boat or travel further afield by speedboat, where you can explore small islands and snorkel around reefs.
