With just 22 rooms, you can be sure of personal service from the team, enhanced by the hotel's proud status as Kiwi family owned and operated. Our favourite room has to be the Remarkables Junior Suites, with plenty of space and immaculate style, and the added benefit of a balcony with views across town to the jagged peaks of the Remarkables. Cosy up with a glass of local red in front of the fire on cooler evenings, or throw the balcony doors open and feel the mountain breeze in warmer months. The charming Remarkables Rooms have floor to ceiling windows taking in those distant mountain views, whilst the Tower Suite is split across two levels and features a full kitchen, lounge and dining area opening onto a balcony, with two ensuite bedrooms, ideal for families with older children or two couples travelling together.

A delicious gourmet breakfast is served each morning, with the option to dine al fresco in the pretty courtyard. After a busy day enjoying the variety of activities in and around Queenstown, make your way to the hotel's guest lounge for complimentary pre-dinner drinks and canapés each evening. This is a great opportunity to catch up with your hotel host and other guests to share stories of your day and hear ideas for your time in the region. Whilst there is no lunch or dinner service available at the hotel, the team are on-hand to guide you to the perfect spot in Queenstown for any occasion, from a light bite to fine dining and everything in between... there's certainly no shortage of dining options in this exciting little lakeside town.

Queenstown offers an endless list of activities in town and further afield. Hop in a Skyline gondola and travel up to the wonderful viewing area on Bob's Peak. If you're feeling adventurous, luging (part go-kart, part toboggan) is great fun for all ages, and there's also a bungy jump at the top of the gondola for the seriously brave! This region is known for adrenalin experiences, such as jet-boating, white-water rafting, sky-diving and bungy jumping but calmer activities are plentiful too, including lake cruises, wine-tasting, golf, nature walks and visiting quaint Arrowtown. The hotel has a range of bikes and e-bikes for guest use, and there's handy undercover parking (subject to availability).
