Helmed by Chef Dominique Thevenet, savour gourmet dishes crafted utilising fresh local ingredients which must be paired with a personally selected fine wine by the sommelier from the hotel’s very own cellar.

The wine cellar and champagne room offer tastings, and we highly recommended sampling one of the many wines specially bottled for the hotel.

Next to the powder soft sand on Long Bay is Coral Beach Bar & Restaurant providing guests with a casual alfresco setting offering bites and snacks complimenting the wine and cocktail menu.
