The 47 rooms, a mixture of Beachfront Cottages and Premium Beachfront Cottages, all overlook the stunning stretch of gently curved beach and out to the glittering North Sound - some even have views of the famous Necker Island in the distance! All of the rustic, tree house style cottages are perched on the hillside and feature a wrap-around balcony furnished with a double hammock and reclining chairs, the perfect spot to wind down and enjoy the warm breeze after a hard day on the water! The Estate House is a spacious two bedroom, two bathroom house with plenty of room for the whole family - located in the centre of the resort, this is the ultimate ‘room with a view’!

Cuisine at Bitter End Yacht Club is mainly focussed on a ‘Sea to Table’ philosophy where the restaurants aim to serve the freshest fish caught locally, high quality meats and as much locally produced fruit and vegetables as possible. The Clubhouse is a steak and seafood grill where guests can choose to order off the a la carte menu or enjoy the delicious buffet – or just enjoy an afternoon painkiller (the BVI’s signature cocktail) while watching fellow guests sail around the bay! Offering laid back lunches, dinners and snacks, The Buoy Room is the place to head for pizza, grilled fish sandwiches and to sample Winstons ‘dessert of the day’. To test some of Winston’s other scrumptious treats, venture to Winston’s Bakery – we highly recommend the Key Lime Pie!

As the name suggests, Bitter End Yacht Club is a popular location for watersports. With a sailing school accredited by the US Sailing Association and a fleet of over 100 boats, plus windsurfers, kite boards, stand up paddle boards, kayaks and snorkelling gear, this resort is a water babies dream! Friendly staff are available to instruct on every vessel and on every level whether you are a beginner or a little more advanced – why not sign the whole family up for the introduction to sailing course? Kids are well catered for here, as long as they can swim they will be happy learning new skills to tell their friends about on their return home! As well as all of the water based activities, children can enjoy scavenger hunts, beach games, sandcastle competitions and even a pizza party & movie evening, giving parents a well-deserved night off!
