There are 37 rooms scattered across the hillside and 12 rooms at beach level. The air-conditioned Beachside Deluxe rooms are generously sized with a tropical garden view, just steps from the beach. The spacious Hillside Deluxe rooms are located at various levels with beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea or Piton mountains. We would highly recommend upgrading further to one of the Premium Hillside rooms for breath-taking, picture perfect views. Some of the Hillside Deluxe and Premium Hillside rooms have the fourth wall missing entirely, whilst others have wooden louvre walls which open to balconies/patios. The romantic Casuarina Piton Pool Suite is nestled amidst lush foliage complete with 160sqft pool. The bathroom enjoys a view of the Pitons and features a couples shower with ‘his and hers’ rain shower heads. 

Dining is a varied affair with several restaurants to choose from. Enjoy a sumptuous breakfast or feast on Caribbean fare in the evenings at The Treehouse. Emeralds offers an entirely vegan menu and showcases the organic produce grown on the resort farm, Emerald Estate. At beach level you will find Trou Au Diable which serves delicious lunches or more informal dining is available without moving from your sun lounger. Jungle Grill is open for lunch at the second beach, Anse Mamin and their burgers are legendary! Of an evening, Trou Au Diable transforms into a Beach Grill and Apsara, an innovative fusion of East Indian and Caribbean cooking. Don’t miss the spectacular Caribbean night on a Tuesday with live music and Caribbean specialities galore!

Kai Belte Spa is located at beach level and offers a range of treatments in 5 treatment rooms and also has a hair and nail salon. The product range includes natural ingredients from the organic farm, Aromatherapy Associates and Ayurvedic products by Tara. Treatments can also be taken in your room for a small surcharge. Complimentary yoga classes are available beachside in the morning and early evening, 6 days a week.

You will find some of the island's best coral reefs for snorkelling and scuba diving. Scuba Saint Lucia has its home here at Anse Chastanet and offers shore dives, boat dives and night dives. The Anse Chastanet reef starts just 10 metres off the water’s edge and is home to more than 150 species of fish. Water sports include stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, windsurfing and sailing. Back on land, part of the 600 acre estate is a lush tropical forest with 12 miles of private estate trails to explore by foot or bike. As well as the jungle biking, you can enjoy tennis or take part in birdwatching walks, farm tours, micro brewery tours, tree to bar chocolate experience, cooking classes and rum tasting.
