- Six Senses Kanuhura
Six Senses Kanuhura Resort
Introducing Six Senses Kanuhura, known to have one of the finest and largest beaches in the Maldives, this laid-back retreat is the ultimate in luxury island living. Embark on an unforgettable journey of relaxation and rejuvenation from their stunning Six Senses Spa to private dining on one of their two deserted private islands. Life here is firmly laid-back on this all-villa hideaway, where tropical gardens sway in the gentle breeze and its pristine white sands blur into the cerulean lagoon. Located in the Lhaviyani Atoll, this slice of the Maldives is particularly known for its marine marvels, with dolphins, manta rays, turtles and whale sharks all found swimming in the 42 dive sites that lie nearby.
Six Senses Kanuhura
The 91 charming yet sophisticated villas comprise of a mixture of beach and overwater with something to offer everyone. With their two and three bed villas which are perfect for the mini adventurers and their grown-ups to share to villas with their own private pools for romantic honeymooners. Inspired by turquoise lagoon waters and lush tropical nature, the interior colour palette includes marine hues and down-to-earth tones that fully blend with the natural environment. The design is purposely bold, polished over rustic, and resolutely eco-friendly: everything is crafted from local and sustainable materials.
Dining at Six Senses will awaken your taste buds and take you through a culinary journey showcasing flavours from around the world. Breakfast is plentiful with feet in the sand dining at the Market. Bottega’s pizza oven is a new concept for the Italian restaurant along with sharing plates, salads and fresh pastas. We love Sip & Sand for its stunning poolside location offering a hearty lunch in the day but come night, a Japanese twist of Sushi and Sashimi and seafood selections in time for sunset. The Point has a Spanish influence with tapas and nibbles, pull up a seat and watch the chefs prepare and share their tips. Drift is the unique and exceptional experience, located on one of the two private islands, local fish, light curries and fresh herbs from the organic garden is on the menu with only a passing crab for company. It wouldn’t be a Six Senses with out an ice cream and sorbet stop at Scoops.
