A Privilege Room which offers more space and panoramic views or if this is your honeymoon then the Honeymoon Suites are perfect as they are huge and split over 3 floors and offer VIP welcome amenities and an outside Jacuzzi! The Restaurant is beautifully positioned overlooking the main pool and stunning grounds of the property and with ocean views in the back ground it’s a stunning place to enjoy freshly cooked meals and romantic nightcaps. Traditional, French inspired cuisines inspired by their chef who sources all the best local ingredients means you will have a choice of delicious hearty meals like Duck Magret, Foie Gras and Beef Medallion. A bottle of French wine is a common table centre piece however they do also offer a choice of wines from around the world.

Make the most of your stunning location by heading out of the lodge and exploring the surroundings. Follow hiking trails to viewpoints, take a site walk to feed the local deer, find waterfalls and remote quiet spots. Hire a car or take a guided excursion out to the island and within a short drive you can find the small harbour of Sainte Rose, the Grand Etang Lake and the stunning Cirques and Volcano.
