Floor to ceiling windows slide back to reveal minimalist yet cosy bedrooms, fitted with bespoke furniture fashioned from recycled local teak, clean white linens and marble bathrooms. There are seven one-bedroom villas and two larger ‘mansions’, one with two bedrooms for couples or groups. All accommodation options have private outdoor deck areas and salt-water plunge pools. Each villa and its guests are cared for by a dedicated Villa Master, on-hand 24/7 to curate your stay.

The menu here is ‘unscripted’, meaning each guest’s dining experience is unique. Much of the produce is from the hotel’s garden, so you can expect to try farm to table fare, including seasonal fruit, vegetables, herbs and spices. Your menu can be designed entirely to personal preference, or influenced by the Aryurvedic principles which run through the DNA of Haritha Villas holistic approach.

Whilst the intimacy and seclusion of Haritha Villas oozes relaxation, the activities and experiences on your doorstep are abundant. The beach is a mere 1km away with tuk tuk transfers and the historic city of Galle just thirty minutes south. Enjoy local guided trekking, tea experiences and visits to ancient temples or take to the ocean for surfing, diving and fishing.  When in need of pampering, the Jungle Spa offers daily yoga and meditation classes, a sauna, jacuzzi and relaxation area. The Aryurvedic treatment menu gives ancient rituals a modern twist, designed to educate guests on how to maintain a healthy balance in everyday life.
