Indulge in a treatment in the wonderful Maroma Spa by Guerlain, where every part has been aligned with nature - fire, earth, water and air elements are all part of the treatments available. Even a bee healing ritual is available using Guerlain's honey-based products. Back at the beach, enjoy a session in the traditional temazcal sauna. Performed at dusk, this ancient ceremony involves chants and meditation. Heated rocks are doused with herb-infused water to create an aromatic, healing steam. Aloe vera is then applied to nourish the skin. After the sun sets, plunge into the sea and you will be left feeling refreshed and at peace.

There are 3 pools (one for adults only), 2 tennis courts, a great fitness centre and a selection of water sports. Enjoy a 60 minute bike tour though the jungle. Taking place numerous times a week this is an excellent way to venture into nature and you may spot spider monkeys, colourful butterflies and a variety of parrots and other bird life. Take a snorkelling trip to nearby Great Mayan Reef, the second largest barrier reef in the world. June to September is whale shark season and if you are lucky, you may find yourself swimming alongside one of these gentle giants!
