One of our favourite places for a sundowner has to be the Sunset Bar followed by sensational pizzas with views to match at ENO. During the day, cool off at 1950s-inspired MooTime Creamery with a delicious ice cream or head to the seasonal Boardwalk Bar and grab a refreshing drink on the beach.

With a fantastic beach on your doorstep, you’ll spend a fair amount of your stay with the sand between your toes, but the hotel and San Diego itself has a huge array of activities on offer. One of the quirkiest places to be in sunny San Diego has to be the hotel’s ice rink, open from Thanksgiving until early January.
