SALA Samui Choengmon Beach Resort, Koh Samui

The resort itself is set amongst verdant landscaped gardens and features dashes of bright colour set against an elegant white backdrop, giving it a fresh, modern feel. 53 of Sala’s 69 luxurious rooms and villas feature private pools and are designed in a chic, serene and romantic style, with some dark woods and furnishings contrasting neatly with the clean, white theme. The Deluxe Balcony Rooms are a great lead in option offering stylish semi-outdoor bathrooms which merge with a spacious balcony. However we recommend upgrading to Garden Pool Villas or the lovely SALA Pool Villas for more privacy and of course your own swimming pool.

The main restaurant set near the beach and the large main pool serves a range of authentic Thai and western cuisine and has its own well stocked wine cellar whilst Pangaea Restaurant near the entrance to the resort offers Mediterranean flavours including gourmet pizzas, delicious tapas and sumptuous deserts. SALA’s beachfront bar is located on the sand at the water’s edge and serves a variety of delicious cocktails, wines, beers and refreshing soft drinks. In villa dining can also be arranged.

Facilities include the SALA spa which blends seamlessly into the resorts landscape with garden pavilions and courtyards creating a soothing tropical hideaway. There are a wide range of indulgent treatments from luxury facials to all natural body scrubs and traditional Thai massage can be enjoyed at the shady poolside Sala’s near the beach.  

There are also 2 swimming pools, one large main pool for lounging and a lap pool for the more energetic.

Koh Samui and its surrounding islands and marine parks offer plenty of activities including snorkelling and diving, elephant trekking, mountain biking, golf, island tours and of course making the most of Samui’s shopping and excellent nightlife!
